Hey dudes and girls! Our assignment this week is to write about slavery. I'm going to write about slavery as a consequence of the Triangular Trade. Triangular trade, is a historical term about the trade between America, Europe and Africa. Like you see on the picture above; Slaves were brought from Africa, the slaves worked on big plantations and the plantation owners exported cotton, sugar tobacco and other goods to Europe. From Europe to Africa there were brought Textiles, alcohol and goods. Slave ships were large cargo ships specially used for transporting slaves. African people were either loured on big ships and taken to America or taken by force from their homes. Then transported to America by big cargo ships . They were treated inhumane and many died on the trip. When the slaves arrived in America they were cruelly treated.
